Everything guests ask before booking a Nava Collection home near Anna Maria Island. Something else? Text us at (941) 363-1488 — we usually answer in 15–20 minutes.
All three homes — The Current, Leaf Me Here, and AMI Base Camp — are in quiet residential West Bradenton, Florida, 10–15 minutes from Anna Maria Island's beaches and about 10 minutes from IMG Academy. Publix, Target, and restaurants are within five minutes of every home.
Every home sleeps 11 or more: The Current sleeps 12, Leaf Me Here sleeps 11 (4 bedrooms plus a private guest house), and AMI Base Camp sleeps 13 (5 bedrooms across the main house and a two-bedroom guest house). Occupancy limits are set by fire code and firm.
Both — by design. Girls' trips, golf weekends, reunions, and bachelorette groups book us as often as families. The bunk rooms have real queen and full mattresses so adults sleep comfortably, and the backyards (heated pools, pickleball, putting greens, spas) work as well at 10 PM with cocktails as at noon with kids.
Booking direct at book.thenavacollection.com gets you our best rate — no platform service fees — with the same calendar, secure checkout (powered by Guesty), and the same hosts answering in 15–20 minutes.
Yes, and it's included — every pool is heated and maintained to 80°F at no extra charge, and the spas are included too. It's warm when you walk in.
Every home has a loaded beach kit: chairs, umbrellas, a cooler, beach towels, sand toys, and a heavy-duty wagon to haul it all. Starter essentials (paper goods, soaps, detergents, basic toiletries) are waiting when you arrive.
Self check-in from 4 PM; check-out by 10 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is $25/hour when the cleaning schedule allows — just ask.
No pets and no smoking or vaping anywhere on the properties (we have allergies) — a $500 fee applies to either. Quiet hours start at 9 or 10 PM depending on the home (see your house guide) and run to 9 AM, out of respect for our residential neighbors.
Very — all three homes are about 10 minutes from IMG Academy, and we regularly host families in town for tournaments, camps, and graduation. Big kitchens, multiple bedrooms, and room to decompress after competition days.
We can't offer refunds for weather, including hurricanes and red tide, so we strongly recommend travel insurance for peace of mind — it's inexpensive and covers exactly this.
Anna Maria Island's beaches are 10–15 minutes away: Bean Point for quiet sunsets, Holmes Beach for family days, Coquina Beach for lifeguards and easy parking. Robinson Preserve's kayak trails are five minutes from our doors. See our full island guide.
