Privacy policy
›What we collect. This website doesn't ask you for personal information and stores none itself. When you book, your reservation and payment details are collected and processed by Guesty, our reservation platform, and its payment processor — not by this site.
›Analytics. We may use standard analytics (such as Google Analytics) to understand site traffic in aggregate. This may set cookies; it never identifies you personally to us.
›Guest communication. If you contact us or book a stay, we use your details to host you — confirmations, check-in instructions, and support. From time to time we may also send occasional news — new homes, open dates, or a returning-guest rate — and you can opt out of those anytime. We never sell your information.
›Questions or removal requests: contact us and we'll respond promptly.

›Content on this site — photos, text, the Nava name and marks — belongs to The Nava Collection and may not be reused without permission.
›We keep descriptions and availability as accurate as we can; the booking engine is the authoritative source at checkout. Rates are dynamic and adjust with season, demand, and availability in our market.
›Local-guide recommendations are opinions offered in good faith; hours and offerings of third-party businesses change — confirm before you go. Found somewhere wonderful we haven't listed? Tell us — we're always adding to the guide.
Rental terms, registration & waiver
Every reservation requires a completed guest registration and acceptance of our rental agreement and liability waiver. These are due no later than two weeks before check-in; if you book within two weeks of arrival, they're due within 72 hours of booking. Check-in and arrival details are released only once registration and the signed waiver are complete. The signed agreement is the binding version; in summary:
›Registered guests only. The primary guest must be 25+, list all occupants, and stay within each home's fire-code occupancy limit. Unregistered guests are grounds for cancellation without refund.
›Pool, spa & all amenities are used entirely at your own risk. There is no lifeguard on the property. The primary guest assumes full and sole responsibility for the safety of every member of their party and their invitees, and agrees to supervise all children under 16 at all times, in and around the water. By booking, you release The Nava Collection and its owners from any and all liability for injury, loss, or damage arising from use of the pool, spa, and amenities.
›House rules apply. No parties or events of any kind. No smoking, vaping, or drugs of any kind, anywhere on the property. No pets. Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 9 or 10 PM depending on the home. Violations carry a minimum $500 fee and may end the stay without refund; see your house guide.
›Damage & conduct. Guests are responsible for damage beyond normal wear, including altered pool-equipment settings.
›Weather. No refunds for weather events including hurricanes and red tide; we strongly recommend travel insurance.
